- Agricultural and Biological Engineering - Food and agribusiness is the largest single industry in the United States and Florida. Protecting and preserving water resources is increasingly important. As the world's population swells there will be an increasing demand for graduates in Agricultural and Biological Engineering.
- Agricultural Operations Management - Agricultural processes, machines, and systems have continued to become more complex. Agricultural Operations Managers have the knowledge and hands-on skills to manage a wide variety of agricultural and commercial business operations.
- Packaging Science - The Packaging Science Industry employs more people in packaging operations and related fields than any other industry in the U.S. Demand for graduates with an expertise in packaging continues to exceed supply in many areas.
